Hi! My names Ian, and I live in sunny Gorton! My life currently revolves around working and enjoying music in equal amounts, although currently I'm working hard to prepare for the Olympics in Beijing, where I'm working for 3 weeks as technical support! More than anything else, I'm into rock music, and the person I'm looking for would have to be into that kind of thing too. I like all sorts of music, but mainly heavy stuff =o) I also attempt to play guitar and other instruments, but that's another story....! I'm looking for someone who isn't going to mess me around, and someone who wants to share and enjoy experiences together. I've always said that you need to try everything once, and I pretty much live my life by that rule. - Where I liveI live in Gorton, and it's full of chavs. But what can you do? Hehe! I don't really spend much time there to be honest!
- Do you want to stay there?I'd like to stay in Manchester, but probably move away from where I live now! Somewhere nice must exist in Manchester, surely!
- What is your occupation?I'm an IT / Audio Visual / Mobile Phone technician. It isn't actually as boring as it sounds, or as technical! I mostly drive around the country setting up equipment, delivering things, and generally helping people!
- What have you done so far?I used to work at a cash and carry next to The Apollo....thank god I don't anymore!
- What are your future plans?I'd like to travel around a bit more, see the world. A couple of things I intend to do in the very near future are a bungie jump and a skydive. Bring it on!
- Your perfect partnerSomeone who likes the same things as me; doesn't take life so seriously, doesn't mind spending some days doing nothing and some days being busy; someone who likes to be spontaneous! Overall, someone who isn't going to be horrible!

- What are you interests/hobbies?I like to travel, and go camping / general outdoors stuff. I like to listen to music, and I play guitar and edit music on computer. I'm slightly nerdy with my computer stuff! I do a lot of photography and graphics design when I get the time too!

- What sort of movies do you like?I like allsorts of movies, I'll literally go to see anything!
- Types of people you like?I feel most comfortable in the presense of happy, normal people. People who don't bitch about everything, they're just happy to meet new people and have a good time!
- What kind of people do you find attractive? Although it sounds cliched, I don't really go for people from looks, but mostly from how much I get along with them. Let's face it; if you look amazing, but you have a crap personality, it's not going to last very long is it?
- DrinksI don't really like beer or alcopop thingies. My drink of choice is Jack Daniels and coke, and similar drinks :D spirits all the way!
- Fav thingMy Metallica-esc ESP guitar! Black and spiky :D
- Fav PlaceEdale....nice place to go and relax and unwind, and god knows we all need it sometimes!

My attitude
- Family lifeI'd like to get married at some point, but I think a relationship should last 2-3 years before you consider it. If you can get to that stage in a relationship, something must be working :)
- MoneyMoney doesn't mean a massive amount to me; I earn enough to get along comfortably, and I would hate to be absolutely loaded.
